A super quickie post

My official time for the 15k was 1:32:40. Bleh. I start speed work soon. Yay.

if it makes you feel better, i did a self-10k a few months ago. i had about the same time as you (as in, within a minute or two)... for 3.1 miles LESS. LOL... next time you think you are slow, come pay me a visit! ;)
