This weeks mileage

Here is my plan this week. Last night was 5 long, treacherous treadmill miles. I will be on the road tonight - dark or not.

I just found out an old friend of mine from Seattle has been lurking. I'm going to force her to blog - she's talented, but shy - welcome Raingirl - force her to post. Welcome to blogdom my fellow gardening friend.

I sent her a message and told her to get with it!! Good Luck with the running. I was so thankful to read that your daughter turned out okay. My 12 year old daughter broke her arm last year and its the toughest thing to see your children injured. Take Care.

Compared to you I must seem like a lazy bum. 40 miles! Anything above 10 is good enough for me!

Aaaahhhh, the evil treadmill. Based upon your mileage, I think Tanita lies. I'm going to visit raingirl.

So you are eating and then running 10? or runnning 10 and then eating? good for you either way.

Glad (and relieved) to hear that the parcel arrived. Enjoy the Tim Tams and yes, they are definitely calorie-free *hehehehe* At least it gives you a reason to run!

Some things are just never meant to be. My mother never ate at fast food burger joint. I've never touched a treadmill.

Good on you for kicking out 40 miles. You have to be very buff; which is directly opposite to being butt and has a diminishing impact on boob too. :(

Awesome! If I can get a 30 mile week, I feel great! Usually I am 20-25...I know. I need to work on that.

Also, I am tres jealous of your Coldplay tickets! Say hi to Chris for me!
