Have headache - -

Ok, so I have a headache . . . but I gots a Nano too . . . she's so shiny and pretty. Not sure what to name her. I'll be patient, it must be a worthy name.

Ok, so I've got to get a grip on this calorie thing. I can't continue to consume calories like I'm a human garbage disposal. Oh, the disparities. Woe is me. I'm going to list every single thing that lands in my mouth from here until the Austin Marathon on Feb 19. If I'm eating poorly - smack me around a little.

Oh oh, headache.

One key to weight and headache loss...light beer-only light beer. It's a sacrifice, but it's worth the 6 or 7 months.

ok, that made no sense, I meant to say in 6 to 7 months you can drop a lot of pounds training and sticking to light beer.

I hate to be the "ooh, Weight Watchers changed my life girl" but it really has. You know that you'll have a lot on people online supporting you. You can do it!

No beer? That's crazy talk :) beer = liquid bread :D check their nutrition value.

It has NO FAT :). Just some carbs, magnesium...and some electrolytes...

Yes I am finding loophole in my own diet as well.

Ok, all this talk of Nanos! It may be time for me to upgrade from my old MP3 player that only holds about 40 songs!!
And btw, your food woes are my food woes. If I could push myself away from the table once in a while, I could drop a few pounds, and perhaps shave a few off my marathon times...but then there is that little voice in my head that says: "but you're an athlete...you NEED all those carbs!!"
