Hi Runner Susan... Your blog graphics are very striking. Keep up the running. None of my business, I guess, but if you keep on running I think you can be less obsessive about your weight. The important thing is to keep on running. I just launched my running forum web site. Please stop in. I have been running for over 35 years and obsessive only about my running. I compiled my thoughts on running into an on-line book. You can download the first chapter for free. The cost for the rest is just to cover my site costs. Also have a running log I developed to capture what I have learned to be important to keep on running for a lifetime. Please, give me your thoughts. Did 8.4 miles yesterday. John
