Snack: 1 cup funyon - 143 calories, diet coke, 16 oz water. Snack: guacamole with wheat melba toast, shrimp & cocktail sauce: 384 calories. Dinner: (full from snack still) steamed green beans & 3 bites steak: 80 calories, glass red wine - 87 calories. Snack: 10 nuts - 52 calories. Total calories consumed: 1227. Total Calories burned: 12.8 run = 1315, 2 mile walk: 62. Yesterdays after run weight 128.6.
