At Home with my Roo

At home with Kenza today - she isn't feeling well - she is so sweet, even when she's sick.







Breakfast: coffee - 40 calories, 1/2 whole wheat pita with feta - 110 calories, Snack: 10 leftover shrimp and cocktail sauce: 72 calories, 1/4 avacado - 46 calories, mixed nuts -140 calories. Lunch: tomato soup - 90 calories, 1/2 whole wheat pita with feta - 110 calories, diet pepsi with lime. Snack: Apricot Granola Bar: 470 calories (OMG!) Dinner: 1 c. barilla plus pasta with feta, pine nuts, green onion, balsamic vinigar and olive oil - 317 calories, 1/2 glass red wine - 45 calories.

Running total: 1360 calories consumed. (1065) Calories burned: 295

Workout - ran 2.5 miles - 10:15 min per mile, walked .5 miles - where the hell is my 9 min mile!
