Ok - OMG, 129.8 this morning. That's what I get for not blogging yesterday.

Workout was strong this morning - ran 15, 1/4 mile repeats and walked 2. It was really hot and humid - miserable. Water and Coffee as fuel. Really enjoyed the repeats with music - gotta remember to do that next week.
